About this Event

Movement is great for our wellbeing - but how can we make it fun and part of our daily routine?

Most of us know that being physically active brings amazing benefits for both our physical and mental health. But although movement makes us healthier and happier, it can be really hard to build habits which keep us active on a daily basis. The most popular day to exercise tends to be 'tomorrow'!

Darryl is on a mission to change lives through the power of primal movement and active play. We know the benefits, so why is it often so hard even thinking about exercise, let alone doing it? At this special event Darryl will explain how he has solved this puzzle and share the key ideas from his Primal Play Method to make activity fun while helping you get healthier, fitter and stronger too.

The event will take place on Zoom at 7pm London time (GMT+1) - get your FREE ticket here
