The Dog Limp (Animal Move)
Another crawling variation related to the Bear Crawl. This one is called the Dog Limp. Looks so easy right?
𝗗𝗼𝗴 𝗟𝗶𝗺𝗽 - an interesting variation using only one leg! Tougher than it looks especially when you go for a reasonable distance, try 10-20 metres for a decent movement snack size.
Takes quite a bit of core and midline stability, plus shoulder strength too.
DOG LIMP TECHNIQUE
Start in a crouched position and drop onto all fours with your hands directly under your shoulders. Fully extend your arms and rise onto the balls of the feet. Keep your knees off the ground.
Raise one leg as if mimicking a dog limping and then walk forward.
