Treadmill Crab Walk

Treadmill Adventures (Crab Walk)

The “Adventures on a treadmill” series continues with a Crab Walk - an interesting variation using a treadmill! Tougher than it looks. Give this a try. Be a big kid, explore, be curious, be adventurous and seek out play opportunities. Be prepared to fight to stay on the treadmill and also try the 2-points of contact variation at the end!

  2. Brace the core/midsection as you start the crawl movement pattern.

  3. Set the incline to around 8 and adjust speed in small upward increments to increase difficulty.
