Crab 3-Tap

The Crab 3-Tap is a bodyweight exercise related to the Crab Walk which involves staying in a crab position and tapping the knee-toe-knee in quick succession. It is a total body compound movement.

Crab 3-Tap Technique

  1. Start in a crouched position and place your hands behind your body and lift your hips so your bottom is off the ground.

  2. Raise your right hand and tap the left knee, toe and then back to the knee quickly. Stay stable and controlled as you do so.

  3. Then go back to start position and do it on the opposite side.
