Crab Shoulder-Knee-Toe

The Crab Shoulder-Knee-Toe is a bodyweight exercise related to the Crab Walk which involves staying in a crab position and tapping the opposite shoulder-knee-toe in quick succession. It is a total body compound movement with mobility, coordination helping with cognitive function too.

Crab Shoulder-Knee-Toe Technique

  1. Start in a crouched position and place your hands behind your body and lift your hips so your bottom is off the ground.

  2. Raise your right hand and tap the left shoulder, knee, then toe quickly. Stay stable and controlled as you do so.

  3. Then go back to start position and do it for the opposite side.
