2-person Pistol Squat Exercise
PISTOL SQUAT GAME
The Partner Pistol is a game of strength, balance, coordination and cooperation.
This version of the Pistol Squat involves two people initially standing back-to-back.
Then interlock arms, backs connected and lower together into a crouched position.
Then try to stand supporting each other on a single-leg throughout.
To make it easier try to push off the ground each using both feet.
