Bunny Hop - Animal Moves
I call these Bunny Hops - an Animal Moves movement pattern inspired by the animal kingdom.
Here are a few pointers:
Crouch down into a low squat with feet together and hands clasped behind your head.
Start on the balls of your feet with heels off the ground.
Hop on the spot (or slightly forward) on the balls of both feet.
Keep torso as upright as possible and land softly on the balls of your feet.
